BBU Certification
Balanced Body University (BBU) is the education division of Balance Body Inc. the largest Pilates Company in the world. Sarah MacLachlann is a BBU faculty member and provides all the BBU trainings in Ireland (in Europe by request).
Our education programs have been designed to meet the needs of today's Pilates professionals. Courses are modular and progressive allowing you to start with a basic mat or reformer training and continue your education as you see fit. After you complete your program, we encourage continuing education through our BBU or Pilates Performance workshops.
