Welcome to Pilates Performance Ireland first fully equip studio, located in Bray. The studio is in Peak Health gym , you do not need to be a club member to enjoy the studios facilities. The studio is spacious and we have a beautiful view of the Wicklow mountains.
We are currently the largest independent studio in Ireland, we have 8 reformers and are the first to introduce the Exo Chair, for private sessions. Our aim is to grow the studio with our clients needs. Please see the class schedule below. Private and duet sessions can be arranged by contacting Sarah.

Joseph H. Pilates is the creator of what is now becoming part of everybody’s life “Pilates”. Originally called “Contrology”. He created his exercise style with amazing results in the 1920’s and was quoted to say that he was 50-years ahead of his time. He was born a sickly child and successfully dedicated his life to improve his poor health. Today people from all walks of life, young/old, fit/unfit, male/female etc.., practice Pilates and are seeing its amazing benefits. Sarah MacLachlann has been operating community, office and home based classes since 1990. We provide a verity of class levels throughout the greater Dublin area.
